PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ATIUQ89 CHICAGO, IL CAREFULLY:
WHEN YOU ORDER FROM ATIUQ89 OR ACCESS, BROWSE AND/OR USE THIS WEB-SITE (INCLUDING THE ORDERING OF PRODUCTS THROUGH THIS WEBSITE) OR BY EMAIL, TEXT OR PHONE OR IN PERSON YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS STATED BELOW AND ALL APPLICABLE LAWS..
A minimum of 50% Deposit is Required at time of ANY Order, with the remaining balance due upon approval of design(s) set-up or layout, then your job goes to print.
Your review and approval of all proofs for accuracy (Example: Correct Name Spellings, Numbers, Mailing & Email Addresses, Etc; ) will be required before we send to print, as the designer/printer not accountable for approved printed proofs submitted with errors.
There will be 2-4 business day turnaround on most printing. Rush print and delivery are available with additional fees.
No refunds on deposits once job has gone to print, you can change your order on purchases before it goes to print, only if it's of equal value or higher with the difference to be paid by the customer, Not with Specials, or discounted orders. If a refund is needed before job goes to print, the designer shall bill you for what work has already been done. Referral discounts can only be used on non-sale items, and only after said referral purchase has been completed.
